"As a former mortgage broker and someone in the biz for 30+ years, I can honestly say Eric is one of the most professional realtors I have ever met. He was my realtor for my home purchase which was 3 executed contracts and 2 years in the making, and also my realtor for my Mom's townhome under her estate. He is a great negotiator as well, as my Mom's home was in need of a lot of cosmetic repairs. I actually netted quite a bit more than what I expected from the get-go. All the closings closed on the day initially under contract, and I was kept in the loop the whole time about any disruptions that occurred during the process."

He never pushed us on houses we were not sure aboutand never got frustrated with us when we didn't like a home. He stuck with us until we found a house that we loved. "This review is long overdue. Eric helped (actually worked hard is a better description!) my wife and I in our home purchase in Spring of 2015. With our credit a work in progress, Eric still showed us homes, a lot of homes! After a mortgage co. turned us down, Eric didn't give up. We shifted our search for houses with possible lease-options in the listing and somehow found the perfect one. Once negotiations started, with Eric and an aggressive mortgage broker's help, we secured a loan with an unreal interest rate! Everything worked out better than we could have possibly imagined and I know without Eric's refusal to give up on us, it wouldn't have happened. Most realtors would have lost interest in our situation long before. We are still in our "perfect" home and plan to be for many more years. Thanks, Eric!"

"We bought two houses through Eric Pipkorn. Our first home was 14 years ago when Eric was a Loans Officer. He recently helped us rent out this home as our agent. We recently engaged him in the purchase of our second home also as our real estate agent. Our experience with Eric has made us believe that your new home is as good as the agent you use.Eric's experience both as a former loans officer and estate agent was invaluable after we came across a short sale property. He took command of the process and satisfactorily answered every question we had. His interaction with the listing agent and our bank, prompted by his knowledge of the process, made a huge difference in improving our odds. Much as the process was longer and different from normal sales, Eric made it look simple and understandable. He knew when to be patient, and when to be assertive without being aggressive. "Eric helped us sell our home in record time! He was able to recommend a list price that was the perfect fit for the market, and we were able to settle very quickly and close to our asking price. We were out-of-town sellers and he was really great in staying on top of getting the place cleaned, painted, and staged so that it showed at its absolute best.
